Snowtime Spare Bulbs Help

To find the spare bulbs you require we have provided 3 options. If you know the product number of the item thats needs the spare bulbs you can enter it in box 1 on our homepage. Your product number will be displayed on the orginal packaging, also on the power cord near the plug on a label. Codes are usually in the following format; 11014, though they may differ.

Some products may require a fuse bulb, these are provided in a standard spare bulb pack.

The second option allows you to type in the spare bulbs code directly. These codes are often displayed on the back of the products packaging and should look something like the following; S78C.

The third option displays a list of categories that our products fall under. For example, selecting "Icicle Lights" will bring up a list of all our Icicle Light sets, simply select your product from the list and the appropriate spare bulbs will be displayed ready for purchase.

Once your spare bulb has been found simply click on and enter a quantity and click confirm.

Once an item is in your basket you can click checkout, you will then be presented with a form to fill in with your contact details and delivery address. After this the payment process will begin. We use Worldpay to securely process online payments, you will be asked to enter your Credit/Debit card details.

When your details have been confirmed and payment authorised you will receive an email with details of your order along with an email from Worldpay confirming payment.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days.
