Snowtime Spare Bulbs Terms and Conditions

Validity
These terms and conditions govern Trans-Continental Group Ltd. including Snowtime and www.sparebulbs.com
performance relating to the sale and supply of goods to the customer. Trans-Continental Group Ltd. also known in this document as TC.
TC reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time
by updating this text page; and the customer is bound by any such modifications
or revisions.
2.
Contract with customer
The contract between TC and the customer comes into existence upon TC acceptance
of the customers order i.e. when payment has been received. TC is entitled
to withdraw from contracts in the case of obvious typographical or arithmetical
inaccuracies appearing on TC Web site.
3.
Pricing and Availability
The prices of the goods are those specified on TC Web site. The price, as displayed,
is inclusive of VAT (at the standard UK rate). Orders are subject to availability. In the unlikely event
that the goods are unavailable, the customer will be notified by Email. Price
and availability information is subject to change without notice.
4.
Delivery of Goods
TC will deliver the goods ordered to the delivery address supplied by the customer.
Availability permitting, all orders paid for by credit card will be delivered
within 5 to 10 working days. Orders paid for by cheque require 3 days for clearance
and are then despatched in the same way. TC is entitled to deliver in part.
Despatch of goods constitutes fulfilment of contract. All Spare bulbs are dispatched with Royal Mail. We cannot be held responsible for items lost during transit.
5.
TC Warranty
If the goods delivered are not what the customer ordered, or are of incorrect
quantity, or are damaged or defective, TC will, if the customer returns them
within a reasonable period, at the customer's option either give a full refund
or where possible make good any shortage or non-delivery or replace any damaged
or defective goods.
6.
Return of goods / Refunds-
In the event of damaged goods or incorrectly supplied goods an exchange or refund will be given. Refunds are given at the discretion of the management.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Contracts between TC and the customer will be governed by English Law and all
disputes will be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English
courts.

Intellectual Property
All the information, data, text, graphics, links or computer
code published on, contained or available on this website
(the "Material") are the
copyright of TC. Unauthorised use of the Material including the production,
storage, modification, distribution or republication without the prior written
consent of TC or, where applicable, the respective copyright owner(s) is prohibited.
The names and logos of TC and all related products and service names, design
marks and slogans are the trade names, service marks or trade marks of TC
and may not be used without the prior consent of TC.

Disclaimer
TC hereby, to the fullest extent permitted by law, disclaims all warranties
and conditions with regard to the Material and any goods and services supplied
in relation to this website, whether expressed or implied or statutory (including
all implied warranties and conditions of the merchant ability and fitness for
a particular purpose). In no event that TC be liable for any indirect, punitive,
special, incidental or consequential damages whatsoever even if TC has been
advised of the possibility of damages including, without limitation, damages
for loss of use, data or profits arising out of or in any way connected with
the use or performance of this website, interruptions or delays to this website,
the provision of or failing to provide services, or for any information, material,
goods and services obtain through this website or otherwise arising out of
the use of this website, whether based on contract, tort or otherwise to the
fullest extent permitted by law.

If for any reason part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable; the
validity of the remaining terms and conditions will not be affected.
